We can advise on installation and chimneys, even if you are using your own installer or builder. We can help design and specify your chimney system and we carry a huge stock of chimney components.

Our service doesn’t end once you have received your stove; we are always on hand to provide follow up support. We also take the time to visit customers for a ‘refresher course’ on how to use their stove to ensure it delivers the best performance. Even if you think you are probably worrying about nothing we are happy to help and offer some reassurance.

Trade Associations

HETAS and the Solid Fuel Association are the Government's nominated trade bodies for the wood burning, solid fuel and fireplace industries. Tthey are involved in drawing up new regulations and trying to improve standards within the industry.

Building Regulations

In Scotland your stove or fire must be installed in accordance with the current Scottish Building Standards (often referred to as Building Regulations), you can access and download the standards from the Scottish Government website.
